SKCCN Mission

The purpose of the Network is to:

  • Reduce the rate of at-risk children and youth.

  • Empower parents and other citizens by being a means of expressing their attitudes, spirit, and perspectives regarding healthy families and the promotion of caring communities.

  • Connect parents and other citizens with community institutions which support families .

  • Empower parents and other citizens to exercise influence over policy and program operations of professional and government organizations concerned with children and family issues.
